Do not consider using this company for annual maintenance or service. Have annual contact and it took 2 weeks to confirm and schedule a service appointment. When I finally informed the call center that I had a pre paid service agreement, I magically received an appointment. The AC unit was installed Nov. 2022 with Universal Air a company that Air Pro USA acquired. The service tech informed me that a capacitor needed to be replaced and that the part was covered under the warranty however installation was $200. I spoke to a service manager and informed her that my contact with Universal Air included 1 year labor. The manager informed me that Air Pro USA did not acquire Universal Air but only acquired their phone lines which is contrary to google searched media releases. Air Pro USA website, states that "Air Pros was founded on the premise of Integrity, Reliability, and putting our customers first" Don't believe the statement.

BE AWARE IT IS A SCAM!!!! I called this company the fix an A\C on a tenants unit. They charge me $3654 to replace the coils and fixed a pipe. I thought was expensive but they told me this is what was need it for the A\C to be working. My tenant was without A\C for 3 weeks. So I hired them. I gave them my credit card they charged $1500. They went to fixed my A\C . And took the $1654 from my card. My tenant called saying the A\C wasn’t working. That the technician said the A\C need it to be replaced. I asked about pipe repaired $754 . He told me nothing was done . He just put a foam on it. I could not believe that!!! Spoke with Andrea again. She transfer me to the GM of the company that offer me to replace the A\C with $5600 more of what I had paid. I said no I found a company that was going to replace for $7000. They told me I was getting my money back . It has been over 3 weeks and all they do is asked me to wait. I never got my money back!!! Be aware of this company! I did reached out to you Erin more them 5 times you always told you will have an answer for me by the end of the day! But you never had an answer for me and until now no money back

Had a contract with universal air and heat. It apparently moved to these guys. When they came out for regular maintenance they told us the pressure was way to high and the only way to fix it was getting new ducts or even better, spraying them with a chemical to seal any possible air leaks. They tried to back it up by cutting a hole in our plenum and showing us regular dust and particles that accumulated inside of it as possible mold. But they can’t for sure call it mold. When I brought up getting it tested for mold or doing an air quality test they completely change the subject and want you to get it done as quickly as possible. They are unethical crooks. Don’t fall for their scams and get multiple opinions before handing over thousands of dollars to these companies. And Erin, I’m sure your impersonal canned response is coming but just know there is nothing you can do to remedy the situation. The damage was already done when you sent an unethical salesman to my house.

After doing a lot of research, we called Air Pros because of all the great things we heard about them. James, the tech, showed up on time, very professional, was very thorough (an understatement), and documented and explained everything step-by-step. He also identified some things that the other AC company misinformed us about. We were given more than one option to get our AC working again and he provided very transparent information. Highly recommended, honest company! Of note, if you replace your unit, not only do you receive the standard manufactures warranty on a brand new unit, Air Pros provides their own outstanding warranty for services on your new unit.

After two weeks Faulty installation caused fan motor to burn out. Actual 🔥 on unit. Airpro never requested permit so there was no inspection which could have prevented this dangerous situation. Asked for the new AC unit to replace the defective one they installed Left numerous messages for Antoine the manager. He does not respond. I contacted the owner of the company. He said he passed my message on to the appropriate people. Customer service people call, apologize but do nothing to actually help. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a business. There is no regard for the customer.

Stay away from Air Pros. We ended up with this company as they purchased the company that initially sold us a new AC unit (Solar Bear). Since then, we have had a stream one bad experience after another every time we had to call them. 1. After the unit stopped cooling, their supervisor said that the ducting in my house needed to be patched. They presented a quote and then immediately offered a 50% discount (how generous). We went ahead but this repair did not fix the issue. After that fix, now the problem is that the ducts needed to be coated. Quotes and "discounts" immediately ensued. Well, again the fix did not work. So after a new inspection, they said that the ducts needed to be replaced, At this point we spent a fortune following their scammy advice. 2. The supervisors arrive at your house to sell you fixes and products in a very rude and pushy way. You call them for something and after a few minutes, they start making phone calls and "negotiate" a discount because they want to "help you", during this process they will make the call on speaker phone and ask you to not utter a sound while they "advocate" for you. 3. During a maintenance process, the technician offered me (again) a lighting protection device for the outside unit. I had to go out and he said that he will quote and "negotiate a discount" to "help me" I told him that we will discuss it upon my return. But Oh surprise, the thing was already installed without my authorization, and of course charged to my credit card. These are just a few examples of all the problems faced with this company. I am thankful that the maintenance contract is already sunsetted so I don't have to deal with them any longer.

We did not have a good experience. We noticed our AC was malfunctioning. We called Solar Bear because they had installed our AC. It turns out that Air Pro purchased the company lines from Solar Bear. Barbaro Garcia was our service tech. He came and did a very cursory inspection. He ripped off the Solar Bear sticker from our unit without our permission or knowledge. He cut a piece of our vent which I later found out was not necessary. He did not fix the piece he cut off. He gave us a sales pitch and quoted us $15,888 for a two ton AC in an apartment. We then called a second company to get a second opinion and was told it was our thermostat. They replaced our thermostat and our AC works. I called Air Pro to speak to a manager and Andres said someone would call me back. I received a second call asking if I wanted to set up an installation date. I once again spoke to Andres and let him know what happened and I am still waiting for a call back from a manager. Beware it’s a business, their sole interest is to upsell you. Always seek a second opinion.
